I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, as it is close to the sea and just a short drive from the airport. The proximity to the water park was also a huge bonus. I loved being able to easily access the beach restaurant and enjoy delicious meals while soaking up the sun. The service at this hotel is top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From room service to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and attentive. Had a lovely Christmas break at a hotel in Egypt. Enjoyed the variety of tasty food options, and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, with a clean and well-maintained beach just a short walk away. The daily entertainment was also a bonus, with fun activities for all ages.
Not everything was included in the all-inclusive package, and there were hidden costs for various snacks and drinks. some areas of the hotel seemed run down and in need of maintenance.
